Ross McMeekin’s fiction has appeared recently or is forthcoming at publications like Shenandoah, Passages North, Doctor T.J. Eckleburg Review, Tin House Blog, Folio, Hobart, PANK, Passage North, and many other literary journals. His essays have appeared online in Hunger Mountain, Green Mountains Review, and The Rumpus. He received an MFA in Writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts. He’s a 2013-2014 Made at Hugo House Fellow, and was a Bread Loaf contributor in the summer of 2013. He’s represented by Reiko Davis of the Miriam Altshuler Literary Agency.He teaches creative writing at Edmonds Community College through their ArtsNow program. He is the founding editor of the literary journal, Spartan, and before that served as the assistant fiction editor of the literary journal Hunger Mountain. He was born, raised, and now lives in Seattle, WA with his wife and daughter.
